Default How many miles do you go before you change your fork oil?

Well I just rolled over 35k and my left fork was leaking (well...for a year now) and it turned into a gusher.

The oil in the left fork looked like crude oil and smelled like death. It was bad, so bad it gave me a headache.

The right fork was changed I'm guessing cause it had a light light red/gold color.


I have non-inverted forks and cartridges inside so its pretty easy for me.

19,000+ ...It'll be changed when I get my cartridge emulators.

I changed mine at roughly 19000 miles. I busted both fork seals on these damn rough roads here. I was NOT HAPPY!

With as fuckin cheap as the shit they put in the rockets... at your 1,000 mile oil change! Garbage they put in there!!

Being my 10's fork oil has probably never been changed in 23 years and 39k miles, its likely due to be done.
